It is governed by the valid laws of the Czech Republic. All information except for the published information shall be only used for internal purposes and for communication with the author of submitted information. Unpaid presentations shall be placed into the Free Gallery. Artwork uploaded under an access code is an exception. These shall be placed into the Premium Gallery and their position shall not change. All presentations uploaded into the Premium Gallery shall be automatically included in the Free Gallery. Warning: Do not upload video or audio presentations which are not of a cultural, educational, entertaining, documentary or informative character. You must be the author, holder or owner of the copyrights to the presented pieces. Presentations of an illegitimate, promotional or illegal nature will be removed without compensation. Uploaded presentations are subject to a control. InternationalArtGallery.org reserves the right to remove or move any presentations. InternationalArtGallery.org is not liable for any damages caused by third parties or natural influences. Photographs, videos or any other recordings of promotional character may not be uploaded into the Gallery.
